Overview
ZF-100CH is a PVC based compound that is light yellowish in color. The compound is cured after a baking process to form a honeycomb elastic body that can be used as a sealing gasket. The compound is usually applical to the groove of the metal cover, cured through a curing process. The raw materials used for compound meet the requirements of Mainland China’s GB9685, and the cured form of the product also meets the hygienic standard GB4806.7-2016. Therefore, ZF-100CH is an environmentally friendly and non-toxic product.

Usage
For Equipment: Automated injection machine
Storage
1. Recommended storage temperature is between 5°C and 35°C.
2. Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources .
3. Users should adopt the First in, First out warehouse practice for this product.
4. The shelf life is 9 months from the manufactured date under recommended conditions.
Remarks
This cured product does not expand or dissolve in benzene-based solvents, ethanol, and oil. However, the cured product does dissolve in cyclohexanone and ester solvents. As there are many solvents on the market. It is highly recommended that users first perform validations prior to mass production. Please contact with our technical personel for your specific needs.
